BPA Results

The headlines for the 2023/24 academic year are detailed below

KS2 Headlines

• BPA children achieving at the Expected Standard for Reading, Writing & Maths combined is 74% which well above the national average of 61%
• BPA children achieving the Greater Depth Standard in Reading, Writing & Maths combined is 19% which is well above the national standard for 2023 
• Pupil Premium children achieving at the Expected Standard for Reading, Writing and Maths combined is 70% which is  better than the national average for all children nationally (61%)

Phonics Headlines:

• BPA children achieved a 94% pass rate in the Phonic Screening Check in Year 1 
• BPA children scored a 97% cumulative pass rate in the Phonic Screening Check in Year 2

EYFS Headlines:

• BPA children make good progress from low starting points in Reception
• BPA children achieving a Good Level of Development is in line with the national figures (66%)
